Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the slides in their original Draco packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit and include all original tags.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
